Those are only numbers. You're only as old as you feel. I've seen people in their 90s in much better shape than some people in their 60s!

it depends on your age
if your talking about men and your below 20 then anything above 25 is too old
but if your around 30 then 56 is way too old

It's how old you are on the inside that counts, you could be 25 and act like your 60, or you could be 60 and act like your 25, age is just a number

3 is too old to learn to speak, 30 is too old to act like a teenager, 56 is too young to think of death, 70 is too young for a turtle, 90 is too young for trees.. Sorry I guess I am getting old that is why I tried to confuse the question.. At 46 I feel to old to beat my cousins in basketball, too young to learn ways to enjoy different things in life, old enough to look for inner life..

Too old is when you need assistance for everything and anything so that can be from 70+ or even younger

It means different things to different people.
Sometime a 60 year old is younger than a 30 year old.
