I was 20 cause I was always very shy. In my opinion I don't think kids should start dating til about 16 or 17 cause by then you have been at least halfway through high school & know at least SOMETHING about responsibility & the opposite gender. Both my sisters started dating waaayyy too young & as a result, they thought they were mature enough & went & had sex at 14....one ended up pregnant but had a miscarriage at 4 months.

I started dating in a bought 5th grade which i was about 10 or 11 i think....any age before 9 or so i think is a good dating age as long as the person wants to date.....

I was 16 and half. Really close to 17. That's a good age. Not too young to be to easily taken advantaged of and not so old that you feel like you're missing out on something.
Keep it light and non-serious though. You have a lot of changes in your life coming up at 16/17 years of age.

I was 17 when i started dating, but that only depends on that person. If you are very resposible than I would say it is cool to begin dating in high school.

16 for me but nothing serious till 18. I think before 16 you are too young and many kids are already sexually active at this age. I was mature but can't imagine being sexually active this young.

it wasnt really dating...just "u wanna be my girlfriend? i was 12 so i said yeah... i regret it but it made me who i am today so i wont go back and change it... i'd say 15 is good age but it alll depends on the maturity of the person

I was 17 and looking back, that was too young. I would say at least 35 lol
