You can go to your Windows Explorer, and look for files that have been accessed recently. If you're looking for internet traffic, in particular, check the Temporary Internet Files folder.

i assume you are talking about internet usage?

since thats what the history button is for.

there is a file on your coputer called index.dat

no one can delete this file while logged into the profile. only an administrator logged into a seperate account than the one you are logged into can modify or delete this file.

in it, is a vast history on all sorts of websites visited including dates and whatnot.

use this program to check them out

http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/PageDefrag.html

its not just limited to internet. you can also view this file for all sorts of things like how ms office and other things on your windows OS is being used.

the program translates the garbled computer jargon included in this file.

the file can also be opened up with notebook.exe. very difficult to sift thru the jargon, just use the program

1. View and delete index.dat files
2. View and delete Temporary Internet Files (TIF)
3. View and delete Cookies
4. View and delete History
5. View and delete Temp files
6. View and delete Recent Documents
7. Delete Typed URL's
8. Delete Prefetch folder contents
9. Auto-generation of batch file to assist in deleting the index.dat files in DOS.
10. Optional add to RunOnce registry key
11. Optional deletion of swap file (9x users only)
12. Optional defrag after file deletion
13. Full application logging

No...other people can access your previous history in the tools; internet options; and cookies tabs on the top right of your browser above the address bar. You can also delete history using this option.
