I can't get it to lay flat in one area. What should I do?

If you don't have a steamer,,,,spray warm water on it and put something heavy ( that won't leave a mark ) ontop of it for a day

Hang in the shower and run the hot water to create steam. As soon as it smoothes out, lay flat on the floor.

Try laying ice cubes is the places it's wrinkled. Let them melt there. It should do the trick.

Wash the rug, lay it down slightly damp.
