Going to Sonoma to celebrate our wedding anniversary and trying to decide where to do dinner. Obviously tGatF is most popular, but are there any others that have great food, service and are romantic? Thanks.

I'm looking for somewhere as close to the Sonoma plaza as possible but am open to suggestions in nearby towns.

Go to the Girl and Fig--that's my fave restaurant in Sonoma. Not sure when you are going but try to sit outdoors if the weather is nice. Congrats!

This is not for dinner, but the Basque Boulangerie on the plaza is absolutely the best for bread. The Ledson Hotel on the plaza is very romantic. Are you aware that everything closes up very early in Sonoma? Except for a couple of bars, there is no nightlife.
