i can't eat candy,hard stuff,sticky things and chewy stuff.

There are a lot of things you can eat...just chew carefully. You can eat all the food groups and even things like apples and carrots if you cut them into small pieces. I avoided things like gum, caramel, taffy, etc. that would be hard to clean out or could pull on a brace, but ate everything else. Your teeth will be a little tender when your braces are tightened or if rubber bands are added, but that will pass.

There is so much food choices that you have that do not fall under chewy, stick candy. How about applesauce, pudding, yogurt, ice cream, peaches as a dessert. Just about any other food as an entree

And don't believe that it is ok to eat that stick stuff. It gets stuck in and under the braces and you cant brush it away. When they take the braces off you will have a nice bunch of cavities to tend with.

ok,
when i had braces i "wasnt supposed to eat crappy food"
but i did anyway,gum,caramel,tootsie rolls,you name it i ate it.
nothing ever happened.no wires came out,no brackets came of,nothing.they just tell you that so you wont have stains on your teeth when they take them off.dont worry.you wont die.lmao
