Well, this probably isn't too practical, but it is devious...
Okay. Find a cheap blouse somewhere. Buy one in your size, and another which is a size too small. Switch the tags. Lend her the smaller one. She'll probably look really funny trying to get it on, and you won't have to worry about her asking to borrow another.

Tell her the truth.
You are both different sizes and since you are smaller then her, she will stretch out your blouse.
I once lent one of my shirts to a friend. I have bigger breasts then her, but she's widder then me. I could never wear that shirt again because she had stretched it out. I ended up giving it to her. And I made sure to tell her why. I never lent any of my tops out again unless the person was smaller then me.
If she just really likes the blouse, tell her where you bought it. Maybe she can go get herself a similar one.

Try, "no way will the fit you, then fit me again....You have too great a body to wear my skimpy little things." and leave it at that, even if she stills pushes forward. You will have complimented her while turning her down. Best way I can think of to get out of this situation. Thank heavens guys don't borrow each others clothes.

I'd tell her that since she has such large beautiful breasts and mine are small compared to hers, I'm afraid they won't fit her, that a button might pop or a seam might open. Why is she borrowing your clothes that are the wrong size, anyway?

Tell the truth. Say, sorry hon, I know you would look really great in this, but your big boobs will stretch it out and I will never fill it out again. Unless she is painfully sensitive, it really shouldn't hurt her feelings.

Say you know, I'm really much flatter than you and I buy my clothes to fit me. When you wear them they get stretched and I end up looking even flatter than I really am. So no you cannot wear my clothes anymore.
