The research statistics for IQ tests are usually "normalized" (made to conform to a normal statistical curve) so that a score of 100 is the mean score (the statistical average score). The mean score is considered the IQ of an "average" person, so average usually equals 100.
Each IQ test has different statistics behind it. The average score of 100 is a great starting point, but to get a good idea of how much higher or lower than average your score is, you'd have to know more about the statistics backing the test. Raw IQ scores can be all over the map. On one test a score of 130 or above means "genius" level, while on another it may be 150 or above. The real breakdown is that a score greater than or equal to one standard deviation above the mean is usually considered "significantly above average." A score greater than or equal to two standard deviations above the mean would be in the "genius" category (the highest scoring group, which makes up about two percent of the general population).
So a raw IQ score from a test without knowing the standard deviation doesn't help much beyond letting you know whether you are above or below average. Sorry!

All I know is the average iq is 90-100.

I dont think that it makes a difference where you are from unless your country has a different rating. The average IQ according to the Stanford Binet IQ test is 100.
