if so, what sport was it and how old were you?

Yes. Well, I'm not sure yet, but I can't serve. Teams aren't officially picked yet {Volleyball} but I am pretty sure thumbs down for me!

yes 14 cheerleading but over the next year I worked my butt off and showed them all. A few of the girls were mean to me about it. so it felt good to be captain 2 years later and when I got in high school those girls that laughed at me were to heavy to be a cheerleader. that's why people shouldn't be mean. I can't move in the mornings now but it is worth every moment when I think back on it.

I was 14. Tried out for the tennis team at school. One of my older brothers went to that same school before me. He's 6 years older. He played on the tennis team but the coach hated him -- couldn't kick him off though because he was too good.

As soon as she heard my last name, she did not like me. For try outs she paired me with the 2 best varsity players. No one else had to face the same two people. In fact, the other freshman trying out were paired against the lower players from the previous season.

Needless to say, I didn't beat either of the teams 2 best players. Both of them were mad at her for pairing me against them. They both told her it wasn't fair but oh well. I didn't make it, she wouldn't talk to me about it so I wasn't on the team.

Most other people at that school treated me nicely because they figured if I had to deal with my brother on a daily basis, they should at least be nice to me. ;)

Yes. Cheerleading for junior high. I was about 12. I became a pom pom/banner girl, which walked the sidelines holding a banner and then pom poms, during the football games.
