ok i wear hip huggers a.k.a low rise pants...ok but heres the thing i wear petite pants and the petites are to long for me....NO I AM NOT A MIDGET.........................I AM 58 INCHES WHICH IS 4'10...............is there a such thing as extra petite?

if you can find some pants that *almost* fit you, take them to a tailor and see what they can do for you. but don't take the tags off until the tailor says they can fix it.
it sounds like a hassle but at least that way u can finally have clothes that fit which will make you look and probably feel better. whenever i watch "what not to wear", this is like the #1 advice they give people who have a hard time finding clothes that fit them right off the rack

no such thing as extra petite. you could get your pants tailored.. like the bottom of them. or you just cut them off yourself. thats what i do.

I have this problem too. Im 4'11 and i can usually wear the jeans from old navy that say "short' it sucks being short somtimes
