Depends on your' age. Over 50, prolly your' prostate is enlarged. If your' a younger guy it may be psychosomatic. If you don't have the same problem when you masturbate , I'd find a different partner

Could be swelling of the prostate, see a doctor.

Try urinating prior to sex, but if it remains an issue definitely talk to your doc.
