I used to have this problem on the edges of my heels, but don't any longer. It takes time and effort to get rid of the problem.

First, you should buy a good two sided foot pumice scrubber (go to a beauty supply store). One side looks like pumice and the other a file. Every day at the end of your shower/bath, cover your feet with soap where the problems are and use the pumice side and scrub for a couple of minutes. If you scrub too much at one time, you will just have injured, sore feet. After you get out of the shower/bath, then put on any good lotion (I use Aveno). If it is at night, put a lot on and put on socks to keep it on. Put on lotion morning and night. It takes a while, but your feet will begin to look great. It took me about three weeks.

After that, just use the scrubber a couple times a week but always use lotion.

Lotion alone won't get the job done. It is just covering dead gross skin and you have to get rid of that gross skin. Think of plit ends on your hair. After you have them, no conditioner in the world will fix them, you have to get a hair cut. What I recommend is like a little hair/foot trim every day.

I don't know about callused feet. But if you have cracked or peeling feet try herbal foot creme. Keeps your skin smooth and repair it. Also with the herbal instant manicure.

There are a lot of good lotions out there and any of them would be good for your feet. Also heres a trick someone taught me. Right before bedCOVER your feet especially your heels with lotion, I mean slather it on thick don't bother rubbing it in and then pull on cotton socks (they even make socks specifically for this) and go to bed. Yes it will feel gross, but you won't believe how good your feet feel in the morning. Also try a pumice stone on your heels when your in the shower or bath, it really helps to get rid of your callouses.

First you need to soak and use a callous eliminator. They sell cracked feet socks at sephora and wear them at night with Pedicure cream. In no time your feet will be soft as a babys _ss. If expenses are tight you can use Vaseline with a pair of heavy socks it works just as well. It is hydrating your feet with moisture.

I know exactly what you need! Get Bag Balm (made for cow udders and humans...in a green tin container at any grocery store with Vaseline and that stuff) and rub it liberally on your feet before you go to bed and put socks on over it. This really does help...I've had to do it before. A little uncomfortable but it works great.

This is going to sound insane, but my doctor recommended I use Crisco on my feet after soaking them. It really does work!! She gave me that advice last month and already my feet are 90% better. Just soak your feet (or after you take a bath) dry them well, rub in some Crisco and put on a pair of socks.

Palmer's coca butter....put alot on and make sure to get in between the toes. Then put socks on and the socks hold in the moisture. It is best to do this before you go to bed so you are not walking around on it.

Neutrogena makes one but the best is Dr. Schol's foot repair. It works best if you put it on before bed.
