I find myself not liking the ganster type of black people like rappers and stuff. I just hate their whole persona and how they refer to women and the way they carry themselves and talk etc, I also feel like this towards ''ghetto'' girls who like to start drama! Im biracial by the way so im not full white or black...I know you cant help your feelings because theyre feelings but does anyone know what I mean? no offense towards anyone.

Yes I know what you mean but you must understand that some of these rappers arent really like that they are just trying to make money very few of them actually live the life that they rap about and the ones who do not are called studio gangsters for instance once before a so called female rapper she rapped about hardcore stuff yet she grew up catholic and went to catholic school and also I dont like drama queens as well but they come in many shades of color and not just black please believe that by the way I am biracial to and this is just my opinion.

While working in Manhattan offers a wide range meeting of many ethnic groups I reserve judgment based on appearance.

Many play the "role" of gangsta due to cult group image and most have a "low" violence threshold with the exception of those that base their gangs on street violence for initiation.

I met a former gangsta who is doing great things and is actually connected with PBS and this says a lot. In fact we are working together to put out change of lifestyle children awareness music to help keep kids from veering in the wrong direction. This fellow has made gold cds, jingles for ads, etc and really is a caring dude. So cheer up this guy has a "hook" that may divert some of the violent rappers trends to make rap better, and other types of music too!.

I have faith that we can heal our faults if they in error caused harm and become wonderful contributors to every society.

I do not think that is a racist issue. I feel the same way; I am married to an Asian woman and my brother in law/best friend is is Black. I think the entire Rapper/Hip Hop image serves only to make young black men look cartoonish and black women to be objects. I also believe that the same thing applies to whites when they follow the same image.

im all black. and i sort of agree with you. I cant stand drama. at school the ghetto girls call me white girl because i dont hang out with them. half of them are pregnant and i definitly dont want to end up in that path. others are failing their classes and i plan on being a model so i dont want to end up on that path either. and i cant stand when a ghetto black boy approches me say was up b****h wanna f**k some time. i cant stand that. approach me saying gentlemen like words. I agree with you all the way.

Dont let blacks/liberal leaning white people bully you into thinking criticism of "black culture" is racist.

It is not racist to include ethnicity in police profiling activities. Who is going to do crimes more, a young black male or an old white woman. It is bs people that made profiling "racial profiling" to create an issue.

We should all strive for greatness, instead of ghetto.

I certainly do. Being honest with you, I am P.R. but very tan, I look Black and married to a wonderful black man, but I feel the same way you do. What it is,is that some and I say some, do not show respect for themselves.

Racism is being proud of your race.

I think there is nothing at all wrong with personal feelings, that isn't so much a racial thing, it's just simply a matter of taste.

So I don't date black girls, so what? It's just a matter of personal taste, that's all. Don't feel guilty, feel happy that you know what you like and won't settle for less!

i agree to some of what you say, but what about the white girls who like to start drama. i am all black and have alot of white friends and i know a few white girlz who start alot of drama as well as mexicans, and somalians. so it's not just black they have whit rappers aswell look at bubba sparks.

So do you feel white rappers are trying to be black?

Do you fell the same about them?
