Unless you have the same symptoms everytime such as cramping, bloating or PMS there really is no way of knowing. There are medications your doctor can give you to regulate that.

If your cycle is that irregular I would first of all suggest seeing a doctor to find out what is the cause, possibly also taking a step on your own by using evening primrose oil or black cohosh to regulate your hormones. Another idea would be to use something similar to Fertility Awareness Method, although it can be difficult to use when you are irregular, and not advised as birth control if irregular, it can tell you what is going on in your body day-by-day so tell you exactly when your period is due – http://www.tcoyf.com

Otherwise it would only then be down to signs you recognise – PMS or cramping for example are common with a lot of women, however preventable so I would not think you would want to have these symptoms just to tell when your period is due, more common signs such as change in vaginal discharge, or more personal signs such as perhaps breast size increase, smell from pheromone changes, feeling more horny, etc.

If you really have no way of telling simply make sure you always carry something with you, pads tampons cups etc. and try simply marking on calendar anyway just in case it regulates itself.
