Yes I.E Jack and Tom Play and Dance. Play and Dance are the main verbs.

A sentence can certainly have more than one verb but it has to be either a complex or compound sentence. Either way, one verb, as in one clause, will either be or appear to be more important than the other. Yes, but not usually.
