.......Same really if you had an old paint brush that had dried up and you wanted to use it again
You need to get some Cellulose Thinners, it's the only thing that will work for sure. Put the area of the jeans on a plate or something and poor on the thinners leave for a few hours and use an old toothbrush to remove the now soft paint. Good luck

Stick a patch over the spot! Easiest thing I would do.
Is the gloss paint acrylic or oil based, if its oil forget about it.If you put into the washer already than forget about it....

washing wont help as its an oil based not water based paint.
use a small amount of white spirit and a toothbrush, old one of course!
