im thinking of having a breast reduction but want to know if you can stillbreast feed afterwards. I heard you cant, and if i have children in the future i would want to breast feed them as its better for them. Does anyone know about this

There's a high chance that after you have a breast reduction that you may not be able to breastfeed. But it all depends on the the method the surgeon may choose for the reduction and how your body may react to it. I would suggest that if you are thinking about getting a reduction, that you talk to your plastic surgeon and discuss with them the method(s) they may choose and what the consequences and side effects are, so you can make a wise decision on what you want to do.

Best speak to a doctor but i would of thought you would be able to breast feed. You do know there will be a lot of scaring? Do think about this very careful.
