I need help with these problems:

#1. Rationalize the denominator 2 over the square root of 2

#2. the square root of 5 over 18

#3. 3 over the cubed root of 2

#4. 4 over the cubed root of 8x to the 2nd power.

multiply both Nr and Dr by rt2
=2 rt 2/2
cancelling the 2 the answer is rt 2

2.rt 5/rt 18=rt 5/3 rt 2
multiplying the Nr and Dr by rt 2
rt 10/6

3.3/cube rt 3
multiplyin the Nr and Dr by 3^2/3
3(3)^2/3/3
cancelling the 3 the answer is 3^2/3

4.4/cube rt of 8x^2
4/2*(x^2/3)
rationalising the denominator
2x^1/3/x is the answer

#1 Multiply by Sqrt2/sqrt2 and you get sqrt2

#2 Already rational

#3 3*cubed root of 2 squared over 2

#4 cubed root of 8x over 2x

All of these questions can be answered with a calculator. If you are in desperate need of help in Math then you probably need to hire a tutor.

no, I am a freshman in highschool, and I can figure these out - If you are in collage, you should be just fine figuring it out on your own.
