i think the man should be older

I think the guy should be younger. Let's face it, they mature later emotionally, they peak sexually at an earlier age, they don't live as long as females. If you want a life partner who is equal to you as you grow older the best thing is to marry a guy a few years younger. When everybody else is a widow you have a better chance of your spouse being alive and someone who is able to keep up physically with you and the children.

Why do people keep asking this question? Age is relatively immaterial, it doens't matter who is older or younger.
What matters is if you are in LOVE and want to spend the rest of your lives together, and are emotionally ready for the committment of MARRIAGE.

the age are less important as long as love resist mutch than you ever wanned,i really don't care about the age or hwo is older.
love have no age and when love comes don't ask you what age do you have,so i guess it doesn't matter if you are older than him or reverse,just be happy and feel good with the one u love this is verry important

Shouldn't matter when your in love. There are challenges when there is a big age difference because your from two different generations, but that can be overcome too.

as long as their is mutural respect , honesty and love how cares whos older ? My wife is 2 yrs older then me no big difference there.But then we all know of couples who span serverl generations.As long as cumminication is key role , matters little.
