When I ejaculate.......?

A year ago I had AAA surgury, the day before surgury my ejaculation were normal, well alot, thats enough of that.
A couple of days after ( 6 weeks early...hey the doc never told
me not to) I felt like I was discharging but nooooooooo
NOT A DROP. Its been a year and my girlfriend misses it
What can I do about it? Do I have to live with it?

Go see a urologist, it is possible that (hopefully not) something was cut that shouldn't have been.
