If you took a test now it would not give you an accurate reading in fact you may not have ovulated if your LMP was 8-25-06 you ovulate around12 days from the first day of your LMP, actually you may be fertile this week if thats what you are hoping for, check the cervical mucous if is getting more abundant and or egg white like you are fertile chances are good of conceiving. If youre not wanting a pregnancy avoid intercourse.

You can buy the answer early result test and it test up to 4 days before your missed period. It is manufactured by the First response early results test that test up to 5 days. Here is the kicker. They both test at 25 miu/hcg levels sooo I'd go with Answer and it's cheaper. It worked for me and I'm 12 weeks pregnant

I took one eight days before my expected period and got a positive with my current pregnancy. With my first I didn't get a positive till 2 days after my missed period.

Test urine 21 days after the date of the missed period.

i took my pregnancy test the day i expected my missed period...some you can take 5 days before...read the box...i preferred my digital...*clear blue* gave me the results i didnt want (pregnant)

5 days before your period is due according to first response... but I would wait until the 25th of this month if it were me
