IF YOU ARE HAVING A MISCARRIAGE THEN GET OFF OF THE COMP AND GO TO THE DOCTOR...ASAP!!!!!... WE DO NOT HAVE ANY WAY OF SERIOUSLY KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR BODY....THIS IS SOMETHING WHERE AN OPINION DOES NOT MATTER YOU NEED A DOCTOR TO GIVE YOU STABLE KNOWLEDGE!!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY WENT TO SCHOOL FOR YEARS & YEARS AND WE DID NOT!!!!!

I had that as well. I spotted on and off for a couple weeks and had cramping with it. I had two sonograms within a ten week period because of it. Well, glad to say I'm 19 weeks pregnant now and baby is doing great! The spotting stopped in June but I still get these cramps that feel like my period. If you're symptoms didn't go away and you're not having a lot of pain and bleeding then I wouldn't worry. Call your dr and have it checked anyways. Ask if they can do some blood work to ensure that your hormone levels are still rising because a decrease in hcg at 7 weeks would be a sign of miscarriage. Best of luck!

About 2 years ago, I experienced exactly what you are talking about. I was 7 weeks, experiencing a little pain around my ovaries. It came and went, nothing that was horrible but almost irritating. The first sign of my bleeding was a brownish discharge, I did a lot of research that said it could be normal. I was still terrified, I made an appointment for my doctor. Needless to say I began passing small blood clots, although I wasn't experiencing the "pain" they say is associated with a miscarriage. Although my appointment showed a baby with a heart beat, I ended up losing my baby a few days later. I was under a lot of stress, planning my wedding, so I think that may have played into it. If you do end up miscarring, have a D&C, I don't think I could handle waiting around until my baby passed. I had a D & C and I think it helped me emotionally. I would suggest bed rest, keep your feet elevated and pray. Remember ever thing happens for a reason, and when I miscarried, I was devastated, I was even put on medication. I now look back and realized that everything does really happen for a reason. I don't think me and my husband (fiancee at the time) could have handled a baby. I know what your going through, we are expecting again and we are at 7 weeks, to needless to say I am extremely worried, but like I said its all in Gods hands.

This exact same thing happened to me. I was so worried. I ended up having the brown spotting for about 2 weeks afterwards. Of course, the best advice is to go to the doctor ASAP. They did a pregnancy hormone blood test on me and then an ultrasound and everything turned out to be completely normal. My doctor gave me the advice that sometimes women have spotting throughout their entire pregnancy. Mine eventually stopped and now I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. Good luck.
Ps- I don't see why people have to be so rude when they answer. When you are newly pregnant, there are so many things that can be scary and all you want is someone to relate to and reassure you. I would recommend visiting a pregnancy message board instead. People are much nicer in those forums.

I personally don't think you are about the miscarry, however as mentioned by a few people it will do not harm to have yourself checked, although I would be reluctant to any internal examination as these can be very invasive. I have had two miscarriages in between my two boys & had a great deal of blood loss and was at the same stage as you and the next was at 9 weeks. With both of my successful pregnancies I had the brown discharge for the first 3 months around the time when it should have been my period, could this be the same for you?

sometimes you just have to wait. This is one of those times. I have had multiple miscarriages, but this time I did not have a mis carriage and just bleed threw out the first 5 months. But it was a never ending scary thing. Just wait. If you keep the baby until the 16th week then think about the future. Just do not get your hopes up. But keep in mind, the reason for miscarriages is to help sort out the baby's that would not have good lives in this world. Its not your fault.

contact your doctor, because this could be a miscarriage. I had a lot of dull pain in my abdomen and back for weeks before I actually miscarried, and also felt like I had to use the bathroom. Just go and have the doctor check it out.

I had little bleeding too with my first pregnancy at 6-8 wks.(only pregnancy so far), and no pain, the obgyn told me i need to lay down and drink lots of water. also, he said if it was a miscarriage, that you can't do anything to save it. just make sure if your in a lot of pain, to go to the hospital asap......p.s. I had a girl, and she is 2 now, healthy baby!

I miscarried the same way. Just a little spotting. I went to the doctor a couple of weeks later and no heart beat. I was told it was a missed miscarraige. Good luck!

Go to the doctor now!!! You need an ultrasound and blood test to test your hormonal levels and make sure those levels are not going down!!! My wife bled alittle. She was supposed to be 12 weeks, and the hormonal levels said 6 weeks. Of course, we had a miscarriage

Why don't you try GOING TO THE DOCTOR instead of asking people who most likely aren't doctors? If you are so concerned about your baby, and you think you may possibly be having a miscarriage...then why are you wasting your time on the internet?
