His name is Prince Pierre Casiraghi, of Monaco. He's a second son, which makes him 3rd in line for the throne...!

Someone said he's not actually a 'Prince' - I wouldn't know about the laws in Monaco regarding such things, but there are plenty of references to him on the net with the suffix 'Prince'! It doesn't make much difference whether it's correct to call him 'Prince' ... as soon as King Albert II dies his sister will take the crown. She is Princess Caroline, the Princess of Hanover, and she's the mother of Pierre - so he'll be a 100% Prince then, if it counts..!

Prince Pierre of Monaco
Pierre de Polignac was born on October 24, 1895, at the Chateau Kerscamp in Morbihan, the son of the Count Maxence de Polignac and the Countess Suzanne de la Torry-Mier. He descended on his father's side from an old aristocratic family from Auvergne, who reigned over Puy-en-Velay region: several of his family became French ministers and generals. On his mother's side, he was united with another noble family from Asturienne that had settled in Mexico at the beginning of the 19th century. Prince Pierre married Princess Charlotte on March 19, 1920, renouncing his diplomatic career and adopting the Grimaldi name and coat of arms as decreed by law. Princess Charlotte was the daughter of Louis II and held the title Duchess of Valentinois. The couple had two children: H.S.H Princess Antoinette and H.S.H. Prince Rainier, the current sovereign who governs under the name Rainier III

But if your talking about Princess Caroline of Monaco who son is Andrea Casiraghi who is 19 but he not a prince.
