Well.. I ask you.. is fantasizing about having sex with someone else in your mind cheating? If you answered yes to that then cyber sex is really a couple of heads up on the totem pole since not just one party is fantasizing about it but both of them are at the same time.

I wouldn't call it cheating but why would anyone want to cyber if you have someone with you for 'real'? I think the whole cybering thing is stupid.

Of course not. IT is an exercise done by the lonely seeking some attention that they are not getting in day to day life. IF your mate is playing on the computer, I suggest you read what is written and act accordingly...we write our deepest feelings, we usually do not speak them. You can learn a lot about a person by their writing. NOW, if you really want to have some fun, AND if you mate is playing on the computer, May I suggest that YOU get a screen name, sign into the same place as he/she does, and come on to them as a person located far from them...no chance of meeting. Start out an affair. You will be amazed at how much you can learn about your love...and don't let it steer towards married or not, etc...you don't want ot read lies about you, for he/she will surely deny or berate for effect...just carry on an affair of the brain and learn. It can be a great exercise if your mate is literate, can write, and is expressive. In fact, you may learn about their fantasies, where you wouldn't were you to sit face to face. harmless fun, but put on a tough skin. Just have fun with it. Good luck

If a person has made a commitment to another person and strays in any way at all, even "just" online, that's cheating because that person is breaking a trust of one he/she gave a reason to for believing in his/her commitment.

When you betray a trust, it doesn't matter exactly HOW you do so, just that you do so- and that IS cheating.

No.

Your not actually interacting with the person. If anything its a form of recreation.

Only person who would answer yes is girls who think cheating is the end of the universe.

Yes. If you are married and you're fantasying about another person and typing explicit material to another person who isn't your spouse, then, yes, you are cheating. The Bible says that even if a person lusts after another in their heart they are committing adultery.

Yes, it is considered cheating because you are engaging in another relationship over the network.
