Yes, a lesbian can definitely get STDs from her girlfriend. And yes, a lesbian can get pregnant from her girlfriend too. I am currently 7 months pregnant with a baby girl by singer Ciara Princess Harris, and she is 2 months pregnant with a baby boy by me.

It is possible for a lesbian to spread an std, but no way that women can make each other pregnant.

Only if she has a turkey baster can she get pregnant (oh, and the sperm to go with it), and the STD's...Anyone can get or give STD's. Just depends on the relationship. Is it long term, monogomous, or is it an open relationship and they aren't taking precautions? Some scenarios leave people more open to STD's than others.

it really is prolly no longer very probable that she will be able to get pregnant as even man made insemination with a specialist doing it in worry-free words has a small probability of operating. i'd per chance tell her moms and dads or your moms and dads so as that with any success she will be able to no longer do it back. She also needs to pass to a medical doctors to get looked at cuz who knows how sanitary the loose sperm change into.
