without the cost of a high powered do nothing attorney that is so lazy all they want is $$$$$ the constitution says everyone is entitled to full representation under the law where did the constitution change that every thing must be done by an attorney
we don't have any more money to spend on people that wear suits and do nothing to earn the $$$$ they outrageously charge
SURELY THERE IS AN HONEST ATTORNEY SOMEWHERE

Go a head. Learn the rules, find the forms and do it yourself. Your probation officer might have some useful advice to offer up...you can call the judge's bailiff or call the prosecutor's office. I am sure you can do this on your own if you are intelligent and resourceful.

Did you ask about federal probation in PA a while back??

Anyway, your probation officer could do this on his own initiative if your behavior has been perfect. Probation officers talk to courts and DA's all the time.

Your attorney could do this for you if he represented you in the proceedings. Perhaps he won't charge as much money as you think.

I'm telling you man, you can do it,,FOR WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO PAY AN ATTORNEY, you can use that money to buy JAMAICAN RUM, AND CUBAN CIGARS, and when it is all over just take a drink,, if you're in Philly, it may be hard, but you can do it,, GOOD LUCK,,

Your court house probably has a library and a librarian. There's probably a book on court procedures that would help.
