Exactly how active are you? I used to be a cheerleader and run track. It was a full time gig that kept me going all the time! I would skip my period sometimes 2 months at a time! My doc said that it was normal for how active I was and because of the fact that I had like virtually no body fat. It was also normal to "spot" every now and then. However, I never had cramps. You might want to check with your doc about that! Good Luck!

Well, without knowing your weight, how much you exercise, how often you are sexually active, etc. The real answer is to see a doctor or herbalist.
First, could you be pregnant? If it's possible, get a test.
Many women do not have regular periods and some only get them every two months, etc., but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Getting on birth control pills can regulate your cycle if that is really your only medical problem. Stress can mess up your hormones and cycles as well, so if you've been experience life events that are not quite relaxing then this could also be an issue.
Good luck, and if you can, then i suggest you go see a doctor or planned parenthood.

That was spotting or breakthrough bleeding. Your period can be irregular for a number of reasons: malnutrition, dietary changes, physical or psychological stress, hormonal changes, being around other women (women tend to cycle together in the absence of the pill), pregnancy, ... If there is any chance that you could be pregnant and you are having severe cramps, you must get to a doctor immediately to have an ectopic pregnancy ruled out, as this can be life-threatening if not treated. Probably everything is fine, but it is best to check with a doctor.

you might want to go take a pregnacy test, u may be pregnant and its better u find out now than later. If u are not pregnant, go to your doctor because u might have what they call a sis in your ovary, which is kind of like a hole, and your doctor will give a some birth control pills to get rid of it, and if thats not the case either, you might have a fibroid and u need to get that looked at immediatley cause those can be dangerous. just go to the doctor and get a paps smear, he/she cn tell u what wrong, bt im pretty sure its one of the 3. Good Luck!

I wish I could tell you. But my period used to do that. It was caused by stress when I was in college. One year I did not have a period for 6 mos. Then all of a sudden it started. It was always irratic. Now that I am 33 and not much to worry about, it is more stable. Ask your gyn/ob for a perscription of birth control pills to stablize your period.

Well if there is no chance that you are pregnant than it is very likely caused by stress.
Stress has made me miss/skip several periods in my life..and it randomizes them too, making them one day to several weeks late. If you are really concerned about it and cramping I would talk to a doctor though, it could be a serious problem

Could you possibly be pregnant? You should take a home pregnancy test. It could also just be nothing. I had my period for a few months that was just like that a drop of bleed. And it was nothing. Your doctor can put you on birth control pills which help regulate your period.

If it's your first year of having your period, or so, then your period will be irregular.
If you really don't like it you can take birth control pills to regulate your period, plus it helps with acne...
You should REALLY talk to a doctor though

It's possible that you may be under stress or not eating well or some such occurance and your period is off. you may just have had no flow but there was just a teeny bit. if this continues, see a doctor.
