What are some goals that you wuold like to work on and how would you like to achieve them in your current Admin. Assistant Position- like what would make you a better worker for your company? Employers- what are some goals you would like your assistant to set for themselves?

i work for a small company, so i have a lot of freedom to present my ideas. sometimes they actually get implemented. it's rewarding to work somewhere that appreciates you as an admin and thinks of you as more than just the receptionist. my ultimate goal is to, when i graduate college this winter, to work for a large company as an admin, and work my way up to doing marketing, which is what i went to school for
