www.torrid.com sells some skirts, but they are mostly casual...they do have some nice dresses though
www.lanebryant.com has some more dressy and professional type clothes

There are many plus size clothing stores online that have really pretty skirts. For a trendier style try alight.com. For a classic style try lanebryant.com or roamans.com. Also make sure to get a skirt that flatters your body type. Aline skirts flatter larger hips and thighs. Pencil skirts will help to bring out your hourglass curves, but don't forget the proper foundation garments. And a classic flared black skirt is flattering on just about any body type and is great for special or casual occasions depending on what top you wear. Long and flowing skirts (try coldwatercreek.com) are always nice for a daytime occasions like weddings and baby showers too.
