Make sure you check with your doctor first cause of the temp. I was in physical therapy and their pool was that temp and it was okay. Also I go to prenatal therapy in a pool and I think their temp is around 85 degrees. But my doctor told me I was okay as long as I didn't have any problems with contractions or bleeding. Pools have really helped me and my back so go for it if it's okay.

your body Temp. is 97 degrees or so.. being pregnant myself 4 times, I never wanted to be any hotter! I would say personally that it shouldn't be a problem at that temperature. As for POOLs , there isn't a better way for a woman who feels large and ungainly to float and feel weightless, you should be able to enjoy a regular swimming pool untill your a "prune". As for a HOT TUB, I wouldn't stay in very long , 15 minutes is generally a good amount of time to relax. I took many very warm to hot baths during each pregnancy and really enjoyed the rest and relaxing nature and even more fun was watching my stomach in that prone position when the baby would kick!

Yep. Anything under like 100 degrees is fine because it doesn't affect the mother or baby.

When I asked my doctor about a hot tub he told me as long as it's not over 100 degrees it was safe, but that may have changed since then.

As long as your mucous plug has not fallen out and your amniotic sac has not ruptured you can do just about any normal thing you have been doing!

I would say no b/c the water temperature could harm the baby. You are not even supposed to take hot showers.

yes. as long as you don't get too warm. that is the reason you can't take hot baths, too. my doc said it was ok to take warm baths. as long as you don't get overheated. and swimming is great exercise while you are pregnant, too!
