The innocent Iraqis who were killed by American forces are part of what's called "collateral damage."
Bush's pro-life position refers to fertilized egg cells. As one can see by the increases in poverty, children without medical care, and homelessness during his presidency, Bush apparently thinks that once you're born you're on your own.
