the box outside had black, yello,red,green screws. i connected to all for of them respectively, but didn't have a place for the blue and blue-white stripe wire to go. didn't use those. wired whole house with the four main colors....can someone help?

phone lines only use 2 wires, just be sure to use the same 2 wires at both ends.

i was always told to use the red & green as my main and then the black / yellow & blue / blue white as like if i had 3 lines so like busineses have nomoually 2 lines so they use the red and green 4 one line and black and yellow 4 one line hope i help

you have an open circuit somewhere. Double check your wiring making sure you don't have insulation under the connection screw keeping the copper wire from making contact.

Did you install your filters for your DSL? Do you have phone if you un plug DSL? If so you might have a bad filter
