Simply, the problem looks like this. F_squared_(x), where f(x) is the square root of x. how do I solve this problem?

If Laura is right, surely (square root x) squared would be x, not 2. I might be wrong...

f(x) = √x
square the function: f*2(x) = x (f sqaured of x = x)

Not sure if this is what you wanted - be a bit clearer next time!

f^2(x)=(f(x))^2=(sq.rt x)^2= x
