a lot,,by the time you get it ready,and mask it off,,and repair all the dings in it,,and so on,,you can easily get a week or two involved in doing one,,and doing it right,,some of the smaller cars are harder to do than the bigger ones are,,i ow a repair ,,and restoration shop,,and we do get some time in them when we start on them,,good luck,,i hope this help,s

with a paint gun you could paint a car in about 30 minutes. but the labor involved does not include just paintint. there is the prep work like sanding, cleaning, taping off all the parts you dont want to get paint on. A quickie shop for like a $299 paint job will spend about 3 hours on a car

depends on the prep. the car needs to be sanded and masked off.tail lights and molding are removed in lots of cases. this could take a full day to perform. thats not all. when the car dries it should be buffed out by the person or shop that painted it
