As long as your not doing it every day or multiple times a day, then I guess it's okay. But if you are doing it all the time, no matter who you are thinking of you might wanna go with your wife and see a sex therapist so it's not at the forefront of your mind most days.

I think it's alright to masturbate even if you're NOT thinking of your wife. Granted, a co-worker or someone you actually know would probably not be a good idea. Masturbation is a healthy natural part of life, and it doesn't have to stop once you're married.

Masturbation is perfectly alright whether you think about your wife or not. Thinking about her will probably make her feel a little better and make you more comfortable with it.
