It is my opinion that there was a cover up. However, it had nothing to do with space aliens. It was most like had something to do with a secret military device.

I think the mayor of Roswell came up with an idea to get tourist dollars to an otherwise unremarkable town that isn't on any major thoroughfare.

well according to the NGO channel on UFO's it was a military secret test. No such thing as aliens! well that's what NGO channel said, i happen to see them all the time.................
