You should get a divorce. Assuming that's what you meant when you said you wanted to get divorced.

First off, you should have never married her in the first place. Second off, why on earth did you impregnate her when you clearly were having doubts about the marriage in the first place. If you made these decisions, you have to deal with them maturely. Instead of ranting about how much you hate your wife and wouldn't care about not having visitation rights because you most likely can't stand the fact that your wife will have half of her genes in your child, you have to pay the price of a divorce. Divorce is not cheap. You can file an appeal with a lawyer but it will take time to process. Rethink your actions. Your child will be scarred by the thought of having a father that is not emotionally available. You will regret it, believe me.

First and foremost, it is not your spouse's job to make you happy, it is your own job. Were you happy before you got married and thought that marriage was the answer? Find things that make you happy, and do them. If you do that, I bet you will feel happier about life.
Also, have you ever been to counseling or a couple's group? Marriage takes daily effort. See each day as a new day to show love to your spouse and you'll see it getting better.
If you are interested in someone else, let her go right now and concentrate on your wife!!!!!

Tell her that you want out of the relationship because you are no longer happy and then get a lawyer and move on from there.

If you are sure of your feelings then just tell her you're not happy and ask for a divorce. The sooner the better.

Simple, You need to sit down and talk with your wife and be honest about how you feel... (It's the only way)
Sometimes in life couples fall out of love. It may not be no fault of their own, it just happens... It's better to let her know the truth then, to lead her on thinking that everything is okay. Let her know you care about her, just not the same way you used to...

marriage counseling, too much damn divorce going on, cause someone is not happy, unless it's abusive, or something worse, then you need to get a marriage counselor and see what the root of the problem is.

Go ahead and get a divorce, there's no sense staying if you're not happy.
