Why would you want to relive anger? Anger is a horrible emotion and I would think you would rather forget it than relive it. Or did you mean to say "relieve" anger? Cause if you did then that's a completely different question.

If in doubt, take a cat or dog down to the local police station and when one of the cops is watching, stab it with a knife. They will let you know if that's okay.
They will show you to a room where people who ask such questions can cluster together and enjoy each others company.

no, but it is ok to break stuff that belongs to you. that always makes me feel better, to hear the sound of breaking glass. or, just get into your vehicle and scream to the top of your lungs.

no, try and hammer your big toe when you feel anger,takeing it out on yourself, is ok. does killing anything,make you feel powerful ?
