Your "friend " who keeps threatening to tell the girl, that you like her....is NOT YOUR FRIEND! Friends just don't do stuff like that- Here's what I think you should do--first you must realize it's OK to like girls. It's a sign of maturity that you can actually---- like-- girls and stop treating them like they have kooties! Since, your friend is threatening to expose your feelings I suggest you either call this girl or when you see her ask her if you can talk to her ALONE. Once you get that set up just tell her..we've been Friends for awhile and I want you to know I think you're cool, and nice and I really like you. See what her response is. Then say something like, I wanted to tell you how I felt because, I mentioned I liked you to :(so, and so) and now he's blowing it way out of proportion and he's been threatening me he's gonna tell you how I feel. I was concerned he might say something that would embarrass you or I. So, I wanted to talk to you first. Then say ..SO & so can act so immature sometimes!!! I hope you are ok that I spoke with you about this before he pulls one of his immature acts! I This doesn't have to be a script but if you follow these guidelines I'll bet this girl will have a deeper respect for you and apprciate the fact that you were concerned enough that the "jerk, friend might do or say something that would embarass her...it will be ok take care of this sooner rather than later and you'll feel better that you did! You can do it!

That is the bad thing about secrets. Alot of people can not keep then and if they do they slip out eventually. Your best bet is to get to her before anyone else does. That way you are in control and not put under pressure if she has to ask you about it. Also you get it out of the way. You don't want to go through life wondering 'What If?' do you?

What's the problem? You like her, you are good friends, and then everyone would know - so what?
Who are the big people? Your teachers? Your parents?

SO, let him tell if you like her you cant help that. Just tell her before he tells everyone. Also beat the hell ouit of your bud for being such a fool. He obviously likes her too and doesnt want you to get with her because he would be jealouse.

just tell your friend that you dont any more then ask her out. but see if she likes you first and if she would ever date you so that if she dont lilke you like that then you wont imbarrase your self. GOOD LUCK!!
