I've never seen it myself. Something about a young Ninja wannabe running around in an ORANGE outfit just doesn't seem all that fun to me... and I'm in my 30's thank you very much.
Aside from that however, I guess there are people in their 20's to 90's that probably watch it.
What that other guy said,... anime fans are many ages. I've seen grown men who watch Sailor Moon.

Some do--like a friend of mine.
A LOT more watched Naruto before it came to the U.S.A. though. After it reached U.S. shores, it got butchered and then loved by its inhabitants.

I would assume so as that 80% of the postings on this section.
Sad sad, so sad.....it's such a silly show. There's definitely better anime and manga from Japan, but US airwaves don't offer any outside of Ghost in the Shell or Neon Genesis.

So it's no biggie. Anime fans come in all ages.
