Peroxide. Wipe some on with a cottonball, and just be sure to avoid your eyebrows, otherwise you'll bleach them. Or you can try eyedrops, you'd need a lot though. Or toothpaste, any whitening kind.

ok, first of all NEVER use peroxide on your face! ouch! If you just have a rudy complexion, try bare essentials or one of those new mineral makeups. A dermatologist is probably your best bet!

It could be Rosacea. Go to a dermatologist, if it is tiny broken veins, they have many treatments, creams, pills, laser.
