Antibiotics are all different in what thier compositional make are. The base of them there are penicillian ones or ones that the is the base of what they are made outta of. Then there is sulfa based ones. They all have different uses and things they work better on then others. Certain ones are for certain things. then there is ones that are not based from either of those things which tend to be the ones that Drs lean towards for people with allergies to the others. Zithromax is a convienent one of those.
But then others are better in combos of more then one depending on the reason for them.
But no not all the same

no. it is not true. some are stronger, and some are specifically designed to treat certain infections. Like a Z-pack. will treat ear infection, won't treat pneumonia. an antibiotic is only useless for viral infections.also, you want your body to have a Ph of 7.35-7.45, a Ph less than 7.35 is considered acidic, and above 7.45 is alkalotic. not keeping at the normal, complications can arise. Ph being alkalotic causes alkalosis, which leads to hypercalcemia, hypochloremia, hypo volemia, or hypokalemia. Alkaline in a cichlid fish tank is ok, but NOT in your body

Yes they are and unnecessary. You have an infection because you have bad bacteria inside you. Eliminate the bacteria and you eliminate the infection. Try keeping your body in an alkolinic state, and try cleansing your body about every 6 months (google Master Cleanse)
