Drink plenty of water, all the time, drink water. This helps make you feel full and plus, it's good for you.

Here's how I did it. I recently lost 20 lbs without changing a thing that I ate. (I always exercised, before and after losing the weight. If you're not exercising too, it won't come off.) That said, eat less! How do you do this, and not be hungry all day? You will have to go through a short period of retraining your body (and your appetite) to accept less food. If you're 30 pounds over where you need to be, you're eating more than you're burning, so you won't starve or die by cutting out food. Cut your intake of food by 1/3. This is a lot. You WILL be hungry as hell for the first week. You can still eat everything you want, just reduce the amount by 1/3. After the first week, your body will be used to getting the adjusted amount of calories, you will no longer be hungry, and your appetite problem is solved. Just hang in there while your body adjusts.

Go to a health food store and ask for the Coconut Oil Diet. I have been taking it and it keeps me full. Search the Coconut Oil Diet on google. Coconut Oil is like great for your health just like Fish Oil is. Exercise is also really important. You need to burn 500 calories a day or cut out 500 calories out of your diet a day to lose a pound a week.
If your life partner is going to leave you if you don't lose weight then he/she doesn't really love you and you deserve someone that will love you no matter what.

If your life partner is so involved with your physical being, I'd wonder if he/she loves you for who you are and not how you look. Anyway, drink at least 6 cups of green tea a day and you should lose weight; also drink 64 oz of water a day at least and make sure you get all your fruit and vegetable servings according to the food pyramid. This should help.

I dropped 30 lbs in 8 wks...and I could even prove it with photos, but, here's my advice for what worked and still works for me.

You have got to eat healthy and exercise. Cardio is key for burning fat. Running, eliptical, etc. I decided to buy Slimquick pilss. And with those, came a little booklet that had an exercise schedule for 8 wks. I followed it to the T and it worked. I can longer run due to shin splints, but the eliptical works. Also, eat a lot of fiber with water as it will expand, and of course protein will also curb your hungry. Things with high fiber like apples, celery, green leafy things.

Good luck!

Also, try water.....with lemon.

attempt chewing gum between food. you'll likely also get more beneficial positive at eating a lot less with the help of the years. Your abdomen desires time to regulate. yet once you're quite hungry, then you have to be eating! merely change to in good structure food and snacks. those will scale back your starvation more beneficial positive, and are many times a lot less energy. attempt eating more beneficial total grains, end result and greens for the fiber. It retains you complete for longer. And dodge intense calorie meals that are not very filling, which include issues that are intense in fat or sugar.

WOW... ok. Well first off... watch calorie intake. There are lots of snacks such as kelloggs snacks that only have 90 calories. Limit yourself to a 1500 calorie a day diet. There are lean cuizines that have about 300 calories each, You could eat one for every meal in the day and have those kellogg snacks for snack time. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water... Womens bodies in particular get our signals crossed... Our brain says we are hungry when in fact we are just very thirsty. You can get these flavored powders to add to your drinks at walmart that are about 2.00 (my fav is fruit punch) they have zero calories, zero everything... and make water taste really good. I know you'll like them. But the key to losing weight is not limiting your eating... Its limiting your calorie intake. Your body will naturally burn about 80 calories an hour. So eat just the ammount of calories you need. Any more questions about this, email me at graceangeleve@yahoo.com Good luck. angie

PS: If he/she is actually going to leave you for 30 lbs... Then tell him to get lost and then you've just lost about 180 lbs of crap.

Discipline, water, excercise all help. Have you tried using an online food diary like www.weightlossresources.co.uk to help track what you eat??

You don't need them if they are leaving you over your weight. Answer to your question: If I drink coffee, I can skip eating all day. I used to do it in college. Try that. But do it for you and your health.
