Can anyone play 220 bpm or anywhere close to that on 16th notes on guitar?

Yngwie Malmsteen and Eddie Van Halen have demostrated their ability to play over 200 bpm/16th notes via playing on the frets.

some of the good classical players can do a tremolo that fast, but they play using three fingers on the strings instead of a pick.
