Many people think a lot of things about President Bush, but I don't know of very many people that think he is funny.

"After his presidency, unlike other liberal presidents, he will have the maturity, grace, and good etiquette to stay out of politics.

Why is it only the retired Democratic Presidents who keep sticking their noses into our foreign affairs?"

Um I don't know. I do know that Bush himself asked for Clinton and other previous presidents' help during certain crises. Of course, blame it on the democrats, I see it as a smart move.

Besides, they're allowed to stick their noses wherever they want, president or not because the flow of information is how this country works.

Now onto the question:
I think he should go back to texas and be a rancher... have lots of bbq's and stuff... i always thought he'd be a good texan-cowboy... no offense or nothing... im not telling him to go back to texas in a mean way... I just think that's who he is.... I've said this before and I'll say it again, he's the kinda guy I'd invite to a bbq... I don't like his political policies but I barely know him as a person.

Presidents often think they are funnier than they actually are. Crowds of people who listen to them who are taken in by the mystique of political power often find them funnier than they actually are too. Thus reinforcing the presidents' delusions of being funny.

Their humor wouldn't survive a real comedy club crowd. But the $1000 a meal fundraiser banquets tend to have crowds who aren't very discriminating.

If you watch "The Daily Show" there are examples of the president being funny, but not on purpose.

He needs to spend a few years at the Betty Ford clinic to detox from all the alcohol and cocaine.

He can become ambassador to Iran after his detox is over.
