Two thumbs way up. I'm a college English professor. I had years of poverty-level study to train for the job and have lots of annoying state and local politics that mess around with my job, but I have a flexible schedule, a variety of interesting tasks to do, and I meet lots of fascinating people (mostly students). Plus, I get to talk about good books with smart people every day. Good stuff.

both thumbs up...and here is why:
I get to work basically when I want.
Flexible with my classes and child.
Treats me as an equal.
Lets me take breaks when I want, most of the time on the clock.
And most of all, as long as the work is done and done right she does not care what I do, like answers and even my online college classes.
