Phentanyl

I presume you mean Fentanyl. It is a very potent narcotic that is made in a pharmaceutical company. Don't try to make it yourself because it may be dangerous and you will probably be arrested.

Fentanyl is a schedule II controlled narcotic. So... you don't make it.
I have no idea what phentanyl is.

i assume you mean fentanyl, and it is a synthetic opioid, and the chemicals required are very volitile, i wouldnt mess w/ it
