Yes, I would say that you're pretty; that you're attractive. Do you believe you're pretty or attractive? That's an equally important question.
I can sympathize/empathize with you and that you feel self-conscious. I once thought rather poorly of my looks because of a lack of self-confidence and rejection by some females; however I've come to accept myself as I am.
I do wonder that you're asking this question in such an open forum; I hope that everybody who answers your question will be kind and respectful because I've noticed that sometimes people can be a bit cruel in the forum.
