If you have ever played an mmorpg on the computer, even the computer everquest, then you problably will find this game to be monotonous. It lacks the depth and playability of most computer mmorpgs for some reason. Don't get me wrong i played it for a year before i finally gave up on it but as you play you start to realize that the gameplay consists of this. grind-sell-grind-auction-grind-difficult quest- new skills-grind.... repeat process. Now if you've never played an mmorpg before you'll prolly find this game new and refreshing, bewcause you don't understand how much more indepth the gameplay can be. i have a friend who refuses to switch games because EQOA was his first and in his opinion the best. where as everyone else who played eqoa AFTER a different mmo like say Asheron's call, or Everquest, said that it was an aobomination.
