I do not like the woman and will not watch her. CBS will try anything to get out of the white haired old mans club. I would be interested in her total compensation package $ amount. I really think she will fade by the wayside with time. The evening news is too over rated. I get most of my news from the computer.

She belongs in the morning to pep people up for the day. I don't think I can take bad news from a bubbly woman who constantly smiles. For instance, the 9/11 attacks.

I think Meredeth Varera (sp?) should be the one doing the evening news. She has a more serious approach to reporting the news and can be "peppy" when she needs to be

I'll give her a chance, and I'll watch for a while before making a decision, but I'm still angry at the powers that be at CBS for not promoting John Roberts. He has everything--great voice, intelligence, believability, looks, etc. CNN's gain is CBS's loss.

I think she'll do well, the competition isn't very good at all, now if Liz Vargas had stuck around things might have gotten interesting.

I believe she will be great. She is very cute, nice to look at, who wants to look at some old wrinkled man anyway .She has the most personality of any newscaster ever. People love her.

I think she's ok for the morning, I also think she's "fluff" and isn't serious enough for evening news. Eh, I hate the news either way.
